We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated in a quiet regional capital near shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room service was excellent, with the housekeeping staff ensuring our accommodations were always clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the laundry services, as it made our stay even more convenient. The airport shuttle service was a great addition, as it made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The spacious sitting area and dining table added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. the quality of service and enhanced comfort made our stay here truly enjoyable.

Enjoyable Stay with Great Amenities and Central Location

Stayed for New Year's Eve and had a fantastic experience. The hotel offered wonderful holiday decorations and had a lively atmosphere. The amenities were great, particularly the spa and fitness center. , the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

The noise levels in the hotel were unacceptable. Loud conversations in the corridors and the cleaning staff's noise made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Spent my Christmas holiday vacation at this hotel and I had a wonderful time overall. the staff was friendly and accommodating, my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved the location, it was close to all the attractions I wanted to visit and the view from my window was breathtaking. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna, it was just what I needed to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a couple of things I didn't like. the breakfast was just okay, it wasn't anything special and the coffee could have been better.
